A1V2 has formalized a partnership in the Portugal Steel project with the Portuguese Association of Steel and Composite Construction (CMM – Associação Portuguesa de Construção Metálica e Mista).

The main goal of the Portugal Steel project is to promote and disseminate knowledge on the benefits of steel construction in comparison to other types of solutions. It also aims to increase the recognition of this sector before public and private decision-making entities, as well as boost the internationalization process of the national steel construction.

As part of this partnership, A1V2 will participate as speaker in the Portuguese Steel Seminar to be held in the Auditorium of the Library of  the Faculty of Science and Technology of the Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, on April 20, 2016, at 3:30 PM, under the theme: Structural Challenges in the Design of an Industrial Complex. The presentation will be made by Eng Lúcio Gabadinho, A1V2 Strutural Engineering Division Coordenator.
