Project description
The proposed solution for this parcelling of sites aimed to integrate a great number of buildings into a limited terrain, in a context framed by featureless pre-existing houses. This developed buildings were divided into various categories: houses for the administration (8 units), common houses (73 units), leisure and public centre, reception, laundry and gym. An additional concern was that this solution be adapted to various types of users, who stayed both for professional and leisure reasons.
The design that guided A1V2’s proposal strove to accomplish a high density parcelling, serviced by roads and pleasant, organised and varied spaces, interspersed with green areas.
