Project description
The project consists of a pre-existing lift station, main pressurised water supply system, reservoirs and a gravity feeder pipe between the reservoirs. The aim of this facility is to direct the municipal water supply from the Castelo lift station to Cela Nova, where a municipal reservoir will distribute water to the towns mentioned.
The system will serve 10.200 inhabitants; the feeder pipes are 7.490 m long and possess a diameter of 250 mm. Two reservoirs are anticipated, one for Bárrio and Vestiaria (Pinhal Fanheiro reservoir) and another one for Cela and Alfeizarão, each with a volume of 1.000 m3.
