Project description
The terrain relative to the Porto Salvo Primary and Nursery School proposal possessed excellent road accesses and good solar exposition. It was part of an area destined for the future implantation of collective housing blocks. The solution presented by A1V2 distributes the functional programme of the school complex into two buildings complemented by outdoor areas, such as circulation areas and outdoor and indoor yards.
A1V2’s goal was to develop a proposal that integrated all the programmatic premises into an infrastructure whose function as school was potentiated, as well as provided a relaxed, pleasant and modern environment.
