Project description
Due to the irregular shape of the terrain where the project was based, a terrain with several indents and obliquely aligned with the pre-existing structures, it became a necessity to develop an especially efficient solution that conformed to the legal pre-requisites. These constraints determined the general layout of the new building, consisting of a total of four floors. In the formal concept, the main front stands out, with its phenolic panels and wood finishings.
Functionality, clarity and luminosity of the spaces that make up the fractions of the building, as well as the inclusion of the maximum possible number of fractions to optimise occupation of the land, were some of the challenges A1V2 overcame in this project.
