Project description
To maximise the construction area, this house was shaped as a parallelepiped to which the necessary elements to the definition of the floors were subtracted. This resulted in a Z shape that wraps around the residence, creating a defining image. Colour played an important part in the composition of the volume; the Z shape is further contrasted from the rest of the outer surface by its colour. The house also includes areas for staff, a pool and other support facilities.
Designed according to all demands imposed by regulations, this house illustrates A1V2’s amazing and innovative approach to its projects, respecting the urban and natural context.
