  • growth and re-housing, led by the rapid growth of urban concentration, where a total of 9.4 million people were expected to surround Luanda by 2030, this territory urged effective and sustainable strategies that delimit concrete goals of formalization in the short, medium and long term.

  • In this sense Luanda World City will consist of a cosmopolitan metropolis of relevant Lusophone and worldwide dimension and capacity, which will combine the definition of the principles of territorial intervention at the different scales: Region, Metropolitan, Municipal, City and Neighborhood.
